OUR PEOPLE
Libby Pannwitt is the Principal of The Work•Life Design Group.

She has honed her career counseling skills with 20 years of industry experience including: telecommunications, management consulting, career transition and outplacement consulting, banking, public relations, and packaging. She has served as General Manager for a cross-section of professional organizations, and held executive positions in Human Resources and Marketing. As part of her service with The Work·Life Design Group, she is involved in providing career management and counseling activities for the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce.

Libby focuses on helping people from diverse professional backgrounds and all levels of corporate structure to find their passions, and to work productively with others in the workplace and in the community. And she has assembled a team of professionals to help her clients realize their career goals.

"I work with my clients to find what is most important to them as they explore their individual career needs," Libby comments. "I find that each person has a unique approach to the balance of career and personal needs that will bring a sense of fulfillment."

Libby received her MA degree in Counseling from Santa Clara University, her BA degree from Grinnell College, and has completed graduate work in education and counseling at Stanford University, the University of California at Berkeley and the University of South Florida. She is a National Certified Career Counselor (NCCC), a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and has been listed in Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in Human Services.
